Area meetings are held every fall to provide for local Church Women United Units to participate in Area wide events for the purpose of training CWU leadership, sharing information, inspiration, and providing opportunities to experience community as an ecumenical group of Christian women. The Coordinator of Ecumenical Development, in consultation with the Executive Board and the Area Chairs, shall be responsible for scheduling and planning these area-wide events.

- The day will begin with Bible Study.
- There will be two workshops planned for the morning to provide you with much information.
- In the afternoon we will have information from the State President, State Board. Each unit president may deliver a two-minute report on activities and projects in her unit. (Please have a written report.)
