Membership

Individual Membership:

A woman seeking membership in Church Women United in Greater Dayton should ask her church's CWU Key Woman for a membership form. The membership fee is $5.00 and is payable starting in July of each year.
Basic Membership is $5.00 and includes printed newsletters.

Supporting Membership is $20.00 and includes a $15.00 donation.
(This donation is used for our local CWU ministry.)

(NOTE: Please submit membership in July or early August
  to get your name on the mailing list.)

   Note that you have two options for the form:
     1. You may fill it out online and then print it out
         and get it to your Key Woman with your payment.
     2. You may print it out and then fill it out by hand;
         then get it to your Key Woman with your payment.

Church or Organization Membership:

The fee for church or organizational Membership is $25.00 (minimum).
Churches or organizations are invited to submit more than the $25.00 membership to provide additional support for CWU's local missions.

Waiver Form: There is a waiver form that is requested to be filled out just one time by all CWU members. (It is not an annual requirement.) Please click HERE to fill out the form, print it, and give it to your Key Woman to turn in to the Communications Chairperson.
